*Free Shipping Exclusions: Please note that Free Shipping offer applies to US domestic orders only. International orders and orders including a Masters Tournament Chair, framed and oversize items do not apply.

**We strive to ship orders the same day that they are received (with the exception of during Masters and the holidays), if they are received by 1pm Eastern time. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time before shipping transit time applies (possibly longer at peak times).

***Orders must be placed by 1:00pm ET for same-day processing with Expedited Shipping. No weekend delivery, except for the Saturday option, where available. US Domestic addresses only.

MMO Golf is not responsible for any shipping carrier or customs delays/fees. In the case of a shipping delay/exception, please try to reach out to the carrier first with the information included in your shipment notification email, for information or to try and resolve as we are limited in what we're able to do from our end.

 

Additional Shipping Notes

  • To ensure that you receive all proper order confirmation and shipping tracking information emails, please add sales@mmogolf.com to your email contact list, safe list or VIP list. If you do not receive your confirmation email or shipping tracking email, please check your junk/spam folders.
  • Customers needing overnight Saturday delivery are encouraged to contact us during business hours for additional information and to expedite your order, if possible.
  • Packages that exceed MMO Golf Inc. weight and size limits are subject to an over-maximum limits charge. These items can include, but are not limited to framed pictures, framed items and folding chairs. International orders will incur an additional charge of $50.00 for packages that exceed certain weight and size limits.
  • MMO Golf Inc. will contact the customer prior to shipment if any additional payment is needed for such packages. Please feel free to call us at 888.660.7910 to discuss your shipping needs.
  • Certain items may be excluded from being shipped outside of the domestic United States. These items may also have a fixed shipping fee and are not able to be shipped with any express or expedited options. These items may include, but are not limited to: Tournament Chairs, Framed Items and more.

 

Returns/Exchange Policy

Please Note: If you purchased an item in person at Augusta National Golf Club during the Masters Tournament, you must reach out to the course directly for returns and exchanges. Please call them at (706) 667-6600 and ask for the Golf Shop. We are not directly affiliated with Augusta National or The Masters and cannot process items purchased at the Golf Shop.

  • Returns- You may return any MMO item that was not a special-order within fourteen (14) days of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price, if it is not damaged, has the original tags and is in sellable condition. There are no returns or exchanges on special order items or BUCKET HATS. If you still have your packing slip or the email confirmation from your order, please include the paperwork along with a note stating the reason for your return with your item(s). Returns will not be accepted on marked-down sale items. MMO Golf reserves the right to refuse any return request. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to your return credit.
  • Exchanges- You may exchange an item from your order with the original packaging and tags, in sellable condition, for the purchase price within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please include a note stating the reason for the exchange and what item(s) you would like to purchase with the store credit. Please include a check or money order in the amount of $6.95 (for domestic U.S. orders) inside the return package for postage of the exchanged item. The check can be made out to MMO Golf.
  • Process for Returning Your Items to Us
    • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately, M-F 9am-5pm Eastern time at (888) 660-7910.
    • For all other returns/exchanges, please package your item(s) with all tags, in the original packaging if possible, and your packing slip with reason for return/exchange and ship to us via your preferred carrier at:

Please allow up to 90 days for processing of returns and exchanges. If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
